Fall Beer Brewing with Dew Point

Class 1: Sat. Oct. 20, 10am-12pm  Brewing Basics, safety, etc.

Class 2: Sat. Oct, 27, 10am-1pm  Designing the two beers

Class 3: Sat. Nov. 3, 9am-4:30pm  Brewing the Beer

Class 4: Sat. Nov. 17, 9am-1pm  Rack and Bottle the Beer

Class 5: Mon. Nov. 19, 7-9pm  Tour of Dew Point Brewing Co.

Class 6: Sat. Dec. 1, 1-3pm  Taste and evaluate the Beer

Join us for a Fall Beer Brewing workshop with Dew Point Brewing Co.’s John Hoffman. John will work with novice brewers to select and design two ales; which will be homebrewed, bottled, and tasted. Course includes a tour of Dew Point Brewing Co. Each student takes home a six pack of 3 each of the two beers made during class. Course is 19.5 hours long including tastings and tours. Cost: $215/$230 includes all materials. Classes take place at CCArts except for Tour at Dew Point on Nov. 19th. Class size limited to 15.
