Spring Art Exhibition - Artwork Drop Off

The CCArts Annual Spring Exhibition is a non-juried art show that is open to artists of all ages and all abilities throughout the CCArts community. We see this show as a fantastic opportunity for community members to display all the incredible artwork they have created in the past year, and celebrate their peers' creative expression.

EXHIBITION DATES:

  • April 17th – May 10th, 2025 

  • Opening Reception - Thursday, April 17th, 2025 at 6PM

    • CCArts Members Meeting will be held from 7PM - 8PM before the exhibition reception.

ENTRY FEES (PAID UPON ARTWORK DROP OFF):

  • Member Adults (18+): Free for the first submission, $5.00 fee each additional submission (limited to 3 submissions).

  • Non-Member Adults (18+): $5.00 fee for each submission (limited to 3 submissions).

  • Kids (17 & younger): Free for the first submission, $5.00 fee each additional submission (limited to 3 submissions).

ARTWORK DROP OFF:

  • MONDAY APRIL 7TH, 2025 THROUGH FRIDAY APRIL 12TH, 2025, 9:30AM-5PM.

  • Saturday April 12th, 2025, 9:30AM-1PM.

  • Monday, April 14th, 2025, 9:30AM-6PM (Last day for Drop-off)

ARTWORK PICK UP: 

  • Monday May 12, 2025 through Friday May 16, 2025 (9:30AM-5PM)

  • Saturday May 17th, 2025, 9:30AM - 1PM

  • Artists must check in at the office and sign out before removing any work from the CCArts campus.

CCArts Winter Break 2024 - 2025

The Center for the Creative Arts Staff will be out of office from Saturday, December 21, 2024 through Sunday, January 5th, 2025. The building will reopen for the semester on Monday, January 6th, 2025.

If you have any questions or concerns please try to reach out before this break begins by either emailing us at info@ccarts.org or giving us a call at (302) 239-2434.

If you must reach out during the winter break, please try to reach us electronically utilizing the aforementioned email address. We will try our absolute best to respond, but we may not see your message until Monday, January 6, 2025.

CCArts Fall Break - Building Closure

We will reopen again on Sunday, December 1st for rental usage, and classes will continue as normal for the week of December 2nd!

This event is held every Third Thursday! This is a free event but donations are also very much appreciated. There are snacks and beverages for sale.


If you want time on the mic, sign ups begin at 6:30pm and all performances start at 7:00pm. Each participant will be allowed 2 - 3 songs or 15 minutes of stage time, whichever comes first. Please include your time to set up your instruments as part of your 15 minutes.

We have most equipment including house drums, mics and stands, music stands, stools, etc.

For those attending in person, we will also be having our spring show gallery opening directly following the meeting. We will elect new officers to the board and share highlights from the last year.

Come out and join over 40 regional Artisans from the Delaware Valley as our building is transformed into a marketplace of handmade fine crafts and fine art.

This year’s event will be held Saturday, November 18th 10am-5pm and Sunday November 19th 11am-4pm.

Weekend Admission is $5 (Members and kids ages 10 & under free). Tickets available at the door.
